Can I order something not offered?

Sorry, we can’t do that. We can only customize our books using the options on the website. We can’t change the words or stories to meet requests. If you have some great ideas, please contact us, and we may be able to make future books!

What do I do if I have made a mistake in my book?

Easily done! If it hasn’t been printed, you can change it yourself by amending your order on the website.
If it has been printed, we still may be able to help. Contact us, and we will be happy to help.

What do I do if I have ordered too many books?

How can I hear my digital story?

Every book has a special code in the back. Simply type it in when you open the app to unlock the digital version of the story.

Delivery

When will my book arrive?

Each book takes 3 - 5 days to create and is then shipped to your door. Less than two weeks is the norm. Our delivery estimates are calculated using the time it takes to create your items, and the transit time for the postal method used to dispatch your order. While our estimates are most often right on time, the unpredictability of the post can sometimes cause delays.

Can I change an order?

While your book is still being processed, you can change it on the website. Just log in to your account. If your book has been printed, it might be too late. Contact us, and we’ll see what we can do!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide! Make sure you put your full delivery address in the order.
